Help us process your refund by providing specific information. If your transportation was cancelled, but you will be making other arrangements to come to the mountain then only choose "Transportation." If you'd like to cancel just one aspect of the program like rentals or lessons, then choose only those portions. If you would like a full refund on everything then choose "Full Refund." If you have a special situation, please choose "Other" with the details to help us provide an accurate refund for your purchase.

Lunch Voucher Option
If you are a drive up SnoBlaster we will be offering special lunch items at the Schuss as an alternative to the supervised buffet lunch. The voucher will be good at the Schuss on your lesson day for some special menu items:
Dog, chips, fountain beverage or hot choc
Mac/Cheese, chips, fountain beverage or hot choc
Chili, chips, fountain beverage or hot choc
Chic Strips (2 strips), fries, fountain beverage or hot choc
This is an ideal option if you plan to attend the program and have also purchased the buffet lunch. Be sure to unselect the refund for the buffet lunch if you wish to use the lunch voucher option.

We will apply the full purchase amount to stored value on your season's pass. This value never expires and may be used for future Mt. Hood Meadows purchases this season or any season in the future. Alternate Card Refund Information
We do not store credit card information on any of our systems. In order to process your refund one of our team members will need to call you to receive your alternate credit card information to process your refund.
