Nonprofit and Outreach Program Application (Winter)

Thank you for considering Mt. Hood Meadows for your group outing! Please fill out the form below to give us more info on your organization and what kind of adventure/experience you're looking for. Please note that we ask requests be made at least four weeks in advance of your visit to help us prepare gear, coordinate with instructors, and make other arrangements to help ensure you have the best experience possible. This program is designed to assist groups who have been historically excluded from recreating on Mt. Hood to experience our resort with lower pricing during our off-peak timeframes. Some examples of groups this program is designed to assist are those whose socioeconomic status does not allow them to participate or groups whose diverse background makes them less likely to have friends or family members who could introduce them to recreating on Mt. Hood. Experiences available through this program during the winter are Downhill Skiing/Snowboarding, Nordic Skiing, and Snowshoeing. TARGET TIMEFRAMES for group activities through this program are: Days or Nights Monday - Friday, Jan. 6 - Mar. 2, 2025 (excluding Presidents & MLK Day), Nights Saturday & Sunday, Jan. 6 - Mar. 2, 2025 or any operating day after Mar. 2, 2025. If you feel your group is a good fit for this program we look forward to receiving your application. Please apply at least four weeks before your planned date and you can expect to hear back from us on your application within two weeks of your submission. Thank you!
