This morning I was able to create a new user using my employee RFID, and I was able to change my profile photo and email address - which updated the record in RTP - all good! If I try to update my profile photo I get a file upload error. If I don't update my photo but just my email address, no change happens in RTP. Not sure if the update to RTP is supposed to happen when editing your profile on the website OR ONLY when creating a new user or purchasing a product. When I purchase a product as a test user linked to an RFID ticket, I can upload a photo, but cannot update the photo of that user on the website. I get a file upload error. See screenshot.
