Guests are able to proceed in the purchasing process for any season pass without agreeing to Season Pass terms or Pass Refund Protection terms. I have attached a screenshot and highlighted the fields that can be left blank and still proceed in the purchasing process. The only required field is that the Release of Liability Terms must be accepted.
