A customer sent me this message through Jira: I've been trying to buy passes for next week and nothing I try to "buy" will go into my shopping cart. I'm not sure if this is a website glitch or something I am doing wrong. I've tried purchasing a single pass for December 26th and also a 5 time pass, both with no luck. Please help.

After logging into my meadows account and trying to add tickets and 5 time pass to my shopping cart, I can confirm this is not working.
