We were friends and then went into business together for a few years operating a bar. Holley was so easy to work with and she brings a really positive attitude to everything she does.

Having a bar gave us plenty of opportunity to handle conflicts with others and she had a very effective way of speaking to people calmly and directly and seeking resolution rather than escalating issues.

Strengths: intelligence, humor, wit, positive outlook, outgoing, friendly
Weaknesses: I don't like trying to point out a weakness because I don't view people that way. I think she's very suited for a job as a snowsports instructor! If she was applying for a job I knew wouldn't be a good fit then I'd probably point that out but I can't see any reason she wouldn't be a fantastic addition to your team.

Holley is the epitome of a people person. She's warm and friendly and engaging and I can imagine if I was seeking instruction I would be so comfortable with her.
