He was quick to learn and also share his knowledge with his peers as a trainer. We supported manufacturing equipment and there was an element of safety. Richard was always up to date on his safety certifications. Richard is easy to talk to and genuinely seems to care about the people he is interacting with on the job. He was a great member of the team and I never had an issues with him when I was him manager. |

I have see him interact with many different types of people, as INTEL is a diverse working environment. He works well with all kinds of people and is a great communicator. |
