She followed up a great interview with a willingness and ambition to participate in multiple projects throughout the summer that, at times, included grueling weather conditions and travel schedules. I appreciated that Breeauna never complained and always had a good attitude about the work we were doing and shared a similar passion for conservation. |

| What would you consider this person’s strengths and/or weaknesses? | Wetland mitigation banking is a tough environment in which to cut your teeth, Breeauna absorbed as much information as she could, but it takes awhile to understand the business through and through. If anything, the only weakness she had was that she needed more time to understand the ins and outs of the industry. Her strengths include being ambitious, her willingness to try new things, eagerness to learn, a good attitude, and she is happy to be able to work outside in various weather conditions. |
| Is there anything else you feel would be important for us to know, and if so, please describe? | Breeauna is a great person to work with and will always give you her best effort on the job. Her various experiences living and working in other areas away from home make her a versatile, hardy candidate that you will be happy to have hired and I feel lucky to have worked with. I can honestly say there aren't too many interns we have hired who I would be willing to hire on full time, but Breeauna proved to be one of them. |
