Breeauna has been an exceptional addition to our team this year, always bringing a positive attitude, even on difficult days. We work in the field, regardless of weather conditions, and even in the worst of it Breeauna has always been chipper, making the best out of poor situtations, with a drive for completing work safely and accurately. Breeauna is always eager to learn more from her work environment, whether it's directly related, or a tangent, she has a clear thirst for knowledge, and applies it regularly. No task has ever been too big or too small for Breeauna, she is a team player, always seeking to help and assist where she can. At the end of our season together, I can say with full confidence that it has been a blessing to have Breeauna O'Rear as a part of my crew.

Breeauna has been great this season at handling conflict. In our job we are often camping remotely for long stretches of time, and as such there can occasionally be tension or frustrations between crew members. Breeauna has been exceptional in diffusing these situations, able to act as a mediator, and communicate for both sides.
On occasion, we have run into disgruntled landowners, looking to understand what it is we're doing. Breeauna has been great in these situations as well, calming down the landowner, and providing clear information about the work we do, and addressing any other concerns that they might have.

Breeauna comes into work each and every day with a smile on her face, ready to tackle the day. Even on days where weather or terrain is a hurdle to overcome, she simple takes a moment to analyze the situation, then faces it head on. She has a drive for accuracy and attention to detail in her work, uncontent to settle for less. She often will stay after to ensure that our data is uploaded properly, and that there are no issues before submitting it. She is extremely dedicated to whatever she puts her mind to, and finds passion in all aspects of her work.

Breeauna is always looking to learn more about her job. She has a keen interest in education, wanting to further explore the ins and outs of the job, always asking questions about the history of the job, or why something is done the way it's done. At the end of each week, she checks in to ask what she might have done better that week, and thrives on feedback. You will not find someone more determined to do a great job each week.

Breeauna's strengths are made up of her passion for her work, her drive to do better in and out of each day, her compassion for her crew mates and desire to see team success, and an unceasing hunger to learn more.
Breeauna's only weaknesses are the skills that she has not yet learned. As a team member she is always looking to learn more, but she simply doesn't know what she doesn't know. But she conquers these weaknesses quickly, but striving to learn and always asking for feedback so that she can do the best job that she can.
