I was surprised that he replied that he was actually hoping for that. Even though Tony skis frequently he is aware that he has room for improvement and is excited for that opportunity. |
| What would you consider this person’s strengths and/or weaknesses? | I think Tony quickly builds rapport with people and he’s easy to talk to, but some of my coworkers find him too loud (maybe more useful on a ski hill than an office environment) and he sometimes doesn’t realize if he’s rubbing people the wrong way. |
| Is there anything else you feel would be important for us to know, and if so, please describe? | Tony has been a loyal Meadows pass holder for a long time, loves our mountain and would be a great ambassador. He seems eager to learn about ski instructing and improving his own skiing and I think he’d connect well with a wide array of students. |
