She maintained a positive attitude, even in challenging situations. Her ability to work well within a team and adapt to the needs of others made her a supportive presence throughout her internship. Additionally, Casey showed a clear willingness to learn, engaging with learning opportunities.

Casey was always very receptive to feedback that was provided throughout her internship; advocating for new opportunities and experiences that would add to her experience. That said, she often waited for tasks to be assigned rather than taking initiative, and consistent follow-through was an area of challenge.

What would you consider this person’s strengths and/or weaknesses?

I would say that Casey is an engaging, charismatic, and positive force that would be an asset to a team, especially if she is working with children. She would also benefit from continued support in developing initiative and following through on tasks without prompting.

Is there anything else you feel would be important for us to know, and if so, please describe?

Casey brought a respectful and positive presence to the team and showed genuine care when working with children and families in crisis.
