Has a lot of patience, and can maintain calm even when her peers are frustrating her, and she's getting better at advocating for her own needs and addressing conflict before resentment sets in. If your workplace has a healthy culture and give her opportunities to express her needs and feel seen/heard, she will absolutely thrive. |
