His lessons are always successful and he is very capable of adapting his teaching style to meet his students' needs. His vibrant personality and enthusiasm inspire his students and fellow coaches. He regularly takes advantage of opportunities to ride in his free time, building on his skills and learning something new. He is also keen to help out in other areas/departments around the mountain. Given his experience as a ski patroller, he brings a consistent message of safety and riding smart to every person he meets on snow. |

Conflicts with employees are usually linked to after-hours personal relationships/girlfriend drama and even so, his approach is to remove himself from the situation. These kinds of conflicts can deplete his energy, but he is always professional and engaged at work. |

Has committed days creating the ski school ice sculpture, or painting decorations for an event, or building a sled for the dummy downhill contest. His enthusiasm pushes him to achieve above and beyond what most would even think to try. |

Hopefully, he will take advantage of the strong snowboarding staff at Meadows and participate in more clinics. Hoodoo's snowboarding training hasn't been strong enough to entice him. He should also get Children's Specialist certification!! |
