| Comments regarding your experience with this person (not required) | Vaul has been a member of the Cascade Ski Club for the last few years where I have gotten to know him well. He is enthusiastic person, in general, and when it comes to playing in the snow that enthusiasm spikes up. He also loves loves helping and teaching people. I've gotten to hang around the fire in the lodge the night before he take a friend out to show them the ropes on the slopes and it is delightful to hear his excitement about the next day's lesson. That's why I encouraged him to apply to meadows. |

| Comments regarding handling conflict (not required) | I don't have much to say here as I haven't observed a true conflict but at the Ski Club there are issues from time to time and whenever I've talked through some if these things with Vaul I'm impressed with his ability to contemplate multiple sides of the issues at play. He has recently been voted onto the board at the ski club further demonstrating his ability to manage conflict. |

| What would you consider this person’s strengths and/or weaknesses? | In answering the optional sections above I feel I have laid out a number of Vaul's strengths. Vaul has a commitment to learning which I have seen translate into enthusiastic teaching. Vaul is calm and compassionate but also intense... A really cool combo. I'm not sure about weaknesses. I judge Vaul is a logically minded person that appreciates strong organization. |
