| Comments regarding your experience working with this person (not required) | Zac was hired as a consultant to build myself a top of the line custom desktop PC, install software, and attach it to my home office network. Zac not only kept me clearly abreast of each step of the project, but also kept me regularly informed of where our spend to budget was. From his proposal I clearly understood my options and he helped me through each step on the way. Even when a vendor had a slow down for parts he kept me informed and provided me options if I didn't want to wait for that particular vendor. He delivered an outstanding custom PC and I was throughly impressed with his knowledge and diligence through the whole project. He even came in slightly under budget. |

| What would you consider this person’s strengths and/or weaknesses? | I've had Zac work on projects for me and the only drawback I can think of is that he can sometimes get a little overly fixated on the project. This can be a good thing, but also at times he needs to remember to step back and see the bigger picture. |
| Is there anything else you feel would be important for us to know, and if so, please describe? | I think placing my trust in Zac as a PC hardware consultant was one of the best choices I've made. If you give him a project and the parameters around it he'll see it through. I only had to give minimal management and that was another huge plus due to my work travel. I think Zac would be a great addition to any organization as he grows and gets more work experience. |
