| Comments regarding your experience with this person (not required) | I met Dylan as a technology advisor to is Oregon State senior engineering capstone project. The effort was to add technology to a 50 cc land speed racing motorcycle. The team ended up setting a world record at the Bonneville salt flats. More importantly, Dylan and I have remained connected since his graduation. He's a wonderful individual, and I would recommend him highly for any job. He's great to be around, very enthusiastic, and would be an excellent instructor. |

I have seen him under pressure, with senior projects, his undergraduate thesis, and demanding work as a patent examiner. He is always positive. Combined with his friendly demeanor, he will find a nice way out of any conflicting situation that might arise. |
