It was a pleasure working with Claire. She brought great energy, reliability, and care to our Nature Art Camp each day. She built warm connections with the children, worked seamlessly with parents, took direction well, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure activities ran smoothly. Claire showed strong initiative, often anticipating what needed to be done without being asked, and her positive attitude made her a joy to have on our team. I would happily work with her again in the future.

During one camp session, a disagreement broke out when one child wanted to play a game his own way, which quickly led to frustration among the group. As I stepped in to support the upset child, Claire instinctively and calmly gathered the rest of the campers and redirected them into another game, keeping the energy positive and the group engaged. Her quick thinking and intuition helped diffuse the tension and maintain a smooth, supportive environment for everyone. This was just one of many instances where Claire demonstrated excellent judgment, empathy, and composure in handling conflict.

Claire consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication and engagement in her work. She arrived on time, prepared, and fully committed to each day of camp, taking initiative to anticipate needs, help set up and clean up without being asked, and support both the children and the team. As a seasoned theater performer, she was also a natural at keeping kids engaged and “reading the room” to notice when energy shifted or needed redirection. She regularly brought fresh ideas, including new songs, fun stories, and engaging activities, which kept campers motivated and excited throughout the day. Her creativity, reliability, and genuine care made her an invaluable part of our program.

Although it was a short-term position, Claire gave it her all and continually sought to improve. She quickly learned the camp routines and consistently looked for ways to become more efficient and effective in her role. Her enthusiasm for learning and commitment to doing her best made her a standout member of the team.

Claire’s strengths are numerous. She is kind, empathetic, and intuitive, quickly recognizing the needs of both the children and me. She consistently puts forth genuine effort to support and help others, and she demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new situations. In the short time she was with us, she showed remarkable initiative, creativity, and reliability. I did not observe any notable weaknesses during her time at camp; she was a consistently positive and professional presence.
