We've worked together as band mates, and also as collogues on a farm focusing on manual labor. Louis is very determined and hard working. When he sets his mind to something, he accomplishes it. He is very talented, and loves to pick up new tasks and hobbies and learn new things. He's great with children, as he has younger siblings and nieces/nephews. He's a goofball, but he gets the job done. |

He is great working with kids, he has good patience as well. Weaknesses however can be more in the leadership end. Louis will get the job done, but he is always learning for more ways to improve on taking charge of a situation and taking the lead. |

He shows up to work on time, and brings his A game every time. He's very receptive to coaching and taking in feedback. He's always looking to learn and grow, and he's a quick learner. |
