Kaito was a pleasure to work with in the classroom. He showed genuine enjoyment in being around young children and quickly built comfortable, positive relationships with them. He joined classroom activities with no hesitations and was always willing to lend a hand to children when needed.

Kaito was especially helpful during physical activities such as tag, jump rope, and running. His enthusiasm and energy were positively influence many children to make them excited to participate when he was involved.

He was also proactive in asking questions and seeking support when he needed clarification, which helped me as a supervisor provide the right guidance. Overall, I really enjoyed spending time with him in the classroom.

I did not observe many conflicts involving Kaito during the summer camp.
On the rare occasion when he faced a challenging situation with a student, he appropriately reached out for support and asked for guidance on how to handle similar situations in the future. This experience shows that his willingness to learn from experience.

Kaito was a helpful in the classroom during the summer camp. He actively joined in activities and interacted well with the children. Since this was his first time working with a group of young children, there were a few areas he needed to develop, such as reading situations and taking initiative to solve small problems. Throughout the week, he showed clear improvement in these areas.

Kaito was especially kind and supportive toward children who were feeling sad or anxious. He was able to noticed when a child was having a difficult morning drop-off. His calm approach and the way he spoke gently at their eye level helped several children to feel more comfortable at the site. Overall, Kaito was a caring and positive presence in the classroom.

Kaito was open to feedback and showed a positive attitude toward improving his work in the classroom. He took the supervisors’ guidance seriously and tried their suggestions in his behaviors later on.
When he had a conflict with a child, Kaito reached out to his supervisor for support and listened their advices on how to handle the situation. His willingness to learn showed his dedication to doing his job well and growing through the experience.

Strength: His positive energy toward children and activities, show compassion and empathy to children
Kaito consistently brought positive energy to the classroom and helped create an enjoyable environment for the children. He showed the joy for working with them, encouraged their participation, and joined in activities to help maintain the energy going. When children had a struggle with some activities, he encourage and support them until their success.

Weakness:
Kaito is still developing his ability to take initiative and respond independently in the classroom. At times, he needed some direction to assess situations and determine the next steps. I believe with continued experience, he is expected to build confidence in reading classroom dynamics and taking appropriate action on his own.

Kaito is bilingual in English and Japanese and has grown up in a multicultural environment. This experience has helped him develop an open and accepting attitude toward children from diverse backgrounds.

His positive energy and enthusiasm in encouraging children through activities and shared goals is a strong asset to the classroom, helping create an inclusive and engaging environment for all students.
