| What would you consider this person’s strengths and/or weaknesses? | Claire seems to be a very nice and patient person. Refereeing little kids is very challenging, as the players are new and don't know what is going on. Claire is really good at talking to the players in a calm manner so that they understand what they need to do after she stops play using the whistle. She acts as another coach on the field. |
| Is there anything else you feel would be important for us to know, and if so, please describe? | I think Claire would be a great addition for your instructor program this ski season. She has always been very receptive to constructive criticism / feedback as to improve herself as a referee. The majority of the high school aged referees don't listen to feedback, never improve, and/or quit. Claire has improved more as a referee over her time at PYSA than 95% of the referees that have worked for me. |
