My relationship with Aaron started at colleagues and quickly blossomed into a life-long friendship. Aaron’s deep love for both people and the outdoors has consistently shaped how I’ve known and experienced him—as a colleague and friend. He builds authentic connections which allowed him to excel in his sales/service roles, as a business owner/operator, and a friend. Aaron's zest for life and staying active is infectious - he is always outside hiking, biking, skiing and taking advantage of all the amazing PNW options.

I've seen Aaron masterfully manage conflict first-hand during our time working together. He is skilled as de-escalating tension, getting to the root of frustration, and showing up with authentic calmness as he works on finding solutions. His sense of humor brings levity amongst stress and turns frowns into smiles.

I recall a time during a Trail Blazers event when Aaron turned a frustrated suite client into a loyal advocate by listening intently and responding with empathy and humor. That moment stuck with me, and Aaron still golfs with this former client to this day.

I never question Aaron's dedication to his work, family and friends. He is incredibly reliable - always where he says he'll be, on time, and ready to get busy (whether we're working or playing).
