| What would you consider this person’s strengths and/or weaknesses? | Charlie works really hard, they frequently worked late in those first few weeks to help us get everything back on track. They work really well with people from all sorts of backgrounds, they are very friendly/bubbly and it puts everyone at ease. The only thing I would say is that it would be good to monitor that they don't burn themselves out. They are really dedicated to the work and have a great personal interest in getting everyone access to the outdoors, this means that they have a commitment and dedication to it that is necessary to make experiences great for friends and students that they show around. It also means that they can run themselves to empty. I always used to check in with them that they had a breakfast break and that they had enough days off. |
