Christian worked in every aspect of the business, front of house, back of house and visual merchandising. As someone who exceeded in every part of the store, he was one of the full-time athletes who trained new hires and was always a go to for any questions, especially in visual merchandising. Christian was always very consistent when it comes to attendance and work ethic. Christian was a joy to work with and will fit well into whatever role he is applying for and exceed expectations. |

He was a top performer in both KPI's but also contributed to the store being recognized as one of the best in the district when it comes to Visual Merchandising. Although he was a top performer Christian always pushed himself to do more and moved from part time to full time in almost no time at all as well as taking on extra tasks such as training athletes on Visual Merchandising and Back of House procedures. |
