He was technically a full time employee but supported me with scheduling, training, onboarding, and so much more. He was essentially my assistant manager for almost four years. He performed high level admin duties such as scheduled lunches, breaks, meetings, visits, etc. he created training and onboarding programs and led them. He provided high level feedback to business partners. |
