Anya was one of my favorite staff members, maybe of all time. She was not only smart and super hard working, but had a great personality was just a joy to have on the team. Not only did I enjoy working with her, but her co-workers or more direct superiors would say the same.

Anya had a specific place she liked to work, but being one of the stronger staff members we had, she get moved relatively often when in a pinch. She was always clear that it's not where she wanted to be but was willing to help out the team. She still produced the same high quality of work despite not being in her normal spot.

If she was going somewhere new, she expected a thorough run down on what to expect at the lift, and to ensure she didn't miss any safety checks. I valued this a lot. People can get over confident in their abilities but then miss things. She was clear she wanted to learn the correct way the first time.

What would you consider this person’s strengths and/or weaknesses?

I mentioned it, Anyas likability was huge. She didn't force it either.
I don't really view this as a negative but some of my other team members would. I just can't think of really any others. Maybe a little too detail focused, wanted things to be done well, and correctly and that would sometimes take more time.

Is there anything else you feel would be important for us to know, and if so, please describe?

Anya really is great. I'm bummed she isn't returning this season. I think it would be a mistake not to give her a chance.
