Mason is also team-oriented, generally of a sunny disposition, and quick to rebound from challenging situations or emotions. Something that did feel challenging about working with Mason was that we often had to have conversations about what level of detail orientation and focus was appropriate for various situations; i.e. when to see the forest vs. when to see the trees and what would best contribute to whole-team success. |
