| Comments regarding your experience working with this person (not required) | E is one of our more trusted technicians this year and has been doing a great job helping the new staff as well as maintaining good data. They had some minor issues with the data at the beginning of the season but after some clarification it has improved and hasn't happened again. E comes to us with questions, knows their hours and warns us if they will go into overtime well in advance so we can balance the workload to prevent overspending on our budgets. E also has asked to be included on some of the other work their position was not directly hired for as cross training opportunities and we have given them those chances. |

I have only seen this play out with small things like loading equipment into the truck but they can be strong willed. |
