She could solve problems in an intelligent way without having to rely on hand holding from management while making the proper decisions. She had zero issues with tardiness or going above and beyond and she would also show up to cover for others who did have those issues. |

Rowdiness and conflict from customers who were generally younger resort operations and service industry types was not uncommon and she never had a problem laying down the law and creating peaceful outcomes. Late nights at this bar were always interesting to say the least but she was excellent at navigating difficult situations often times by herself without other staff present. |

She was intelligent and learned our systems quickly. When she came back to visit a couple of months ago she even picked up some shifts voluntarily. |

Reliability is another excellent trait she has which is hard to find. She learns quickly and puts effort forward. |
