Comments regarding your experience working with this person (not required)	Reed worked as a lead instructor for our family Surf School in Kailua Kona, Hawaii for about 3.5 years before he moved to the Mainland. He worked his way up to a lead instructor position of being our number one instructor. Throughout his time working with us he has always been an honest trustworthy, hard-working member of our team and is welcome back at any time. We would highly recommend Reed for any position. It’s worth ethic , leadership and fun personality is a joy to have around at the workplace.

He is a self-directed worker and does a great job Making important decisions when necessary.
What would you consider this person’s strengths and/or weaknesses?	I would consider reading to be strong in his leadership capabilities, ability to manage stressful situations and find solutions to problems that may be presented during the workday unexpectedly. Reed is good at adapting to the necessary needs to get the job done. He’s always been on time and professional with our guest and coworkers. Nothing negative to say regarding his performance or abilities or attitude, I would consider Reed one of the best employees I have had .
Is there anything else you feel would be important for us to know, and if so, please describe?	Good employees are hard to find, Reed was definitely a solid choice as a coworker and an employee. He left us on great terms and it’s more than welcome to return to his job here in Hawaii if or when he returns. We would highly recommend Reed McDaniel- Tanoai for employment.
