Rachael would be a great fit as a ski instructor because of her approachable personality, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. During her time in our clinical research unit, she quickly adapted to a specialized environment, demonstrating excellent critical thinking and a strong work ethic. She was dependable, learned new skills quickly, and maintained positive, professional relationships with both patients and staff. Her calm demeanor and clear communication style make her especially well-suited to be a ski instructor, where approachability and confidence are key.

I didn’t notice any major areas of concern during her time with us. She did great in her role and got along well with everyone, children and adults alike.
