I've known him the better part of 4½ years. In that time, I have seen him give his all into whatever project he is one. It's very encouraging.

His biggest positive trait is the willingness to perfect whatever he is doing.

What would you consider this person’s strengths and/or weaknesses?

Strengths: Very Determined and not willing to give up easily. Looks for the little details to fix whatever isn't operating correctly.
Flaws: Double edged sword of being determined. Can be so locked into a task, that sometimes other tasks can be forgotten occasionally. But when he notices that, he does bounce back very quickly.

Tristan is a very and worker. Both in his career, and as a young man in his community. He is a very bright young man who is always looking to serve and help other before himself.
